Melbourne Victory Member Working Group

Applications are now open to be a part of the Melbourne Victory Member Working Group (MWG) for Season 2025/26.

As you may be aware, 4 years ago, the Club established a Member Working Group, which is designed to ensure our members are not only at the forefront of our decision-making process, but also given the opportunity to contribute to shaping our collective futures.

The MWG is integral to creating a forum to help our members discuss and provide direct feedback to the Club which in turn helps shape decisions regarding membership and fan engagement.

The Member Working Group is aimed at ensuring a positive and constructive dialogue between members and the Club, and to understand from a cross section of our supporters, how we can work together to create a better Melbourne Victory.

The MWG is designed to help the Club:

  • ensure its members feel valued in their loyalty to, and support of, the Club
  • drive engagement and expand our member base
  • provide our members with a deeper understanding of the climate within which the Club is operating.

This means we talk about a wide variety of matters, including things like:

  • preferred fixtures
  • venue information, amenities etc
  • Club communications
  • Club marketing
  • League matters
  • and more.

Applications for the MWG open today and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 30 July 2025.

The Member Working Group will then be selected by a panel representing all sectors of the Club.

A representative from this Member Working Group will also be nominated to represent the Club and Victory members and fans on the A-Leagues fan representative group (in line with the APL criteria).

We need your help to continue to grow the Club and to make sure we are informed along with the way by our members, based on their experiences, their membership category and their love of football.

The group meets once a month. If you have the time to share your passions and views, we would love to hear from you!
