Melbourne Victory Member Working Group

The Club established a Member Working Group (MWG) five years ago, which is designed to ensure our members are not only at the forefront of our decision-making process, but also given the opportunity to contribute to shaping our collective futures.

The MWG is integral to creating a forum to help our members discuss and provide direct feedback to the Club which in turn helps shape decisions regarding membership and fan engagement.

The MWG is aimed at ensuring positive and constructive dialogue between members and the Club, and to understand from a cross section of our supporters, how we can work together to create a better Melbourne Victory.

The MWG is designed to help the Club:

• ensure its members feel valued in their loyalty to, and support of, the Club
• drive engagement and expand our member base
• provide our members with a deeper understanding of the climate within which the Club is operating.

This means we talk about a wide variety of matters, including things like:

• preferred fixtures
• venue information, amenities etc
• Club communications
• Club marketing
• League matters
• and more.

The MWG meets once a month during the season and the D&I MWG meets quarterly during the season.
