Pick your Pack Store FAQ's

Your Melbourne Victory membership gives you exclusive access to the Pick your Pack Store, which allows you to choose your member pack your way!

Members have more choice and personalisation than ever before.

Members are able to select to receive a core pack or use credit to purchase their own customised membership items.

You will receive a welcome email once your Pick your Pack account has been set up. Simply login with your username (account ID) and the password once you have received your welcome email.

Once you have logged into your account, follow the steps to begin the journey of redeeming your entitlements and spending your assigned credit.

You will have three options:

Option 1: Select credit only. A digital card will be sent to members free of charge and you will have $60 to spend in the Pick your Pack Store.

Option 2: Select physical card and $50 credit to spend in the Pick your Pack Store.

Option 3: Select a core pack which includes a physical membership card. No postage will be charged if you select this option.

Once you have made your selections for you and your family, you can proceed to the checkout where you can apply your credit.

Pet, Baby, Little Striker and Victory Army packs will have a standard pack and will not receive credit.

Available credits are not automatically deducted from your order.

Please ensure to 'Apply' your credits at Checkout to purchase.

A membership core pack includes a member card, lanyard, fixture magnet, bumper sticker and the choice of a cap or scarf.

Yes. You will be able to redeem either a cap or scarf in your core pack and this will have your loyalty level on the item.

You are also able to purchase a generic cap or scarf using credits in the store.

You will not be charged postage if you select a member core pack.

If you select a credit option, you are able to use your credit to pay for postage. Postage is based on the weight of the items you have purchaed.

Yes.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking details.

Your chosen items are made to order. For standard delivery, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

All orders are processed & dispatched within 5 days of order confirmation. If your order has been dispatched, an email containing a tracking link will have been sent to your email address.
