Pick your Pack Store FAQ's

Your Melbourne Victory membership gives you exclusive access to the Pick your Pack Store, which allows you to choose your member pack your way!

Members have more choice and personalisation than ever before.

Members are able to select to receive a core pack or use credit to purchase their own customised membership items in the Member Zone in the Victory Shop.

You will receive a welcome email once your Pick your Pack account has been set up. Simply login with your username (account ID) and the password once you have received your welcome email.

Once you have logged into your account, follow the steps to begin the journey of redeeming your entitlements and spending your assigned credit.

You will have three options:

Option 1: Select credit only. A digital card will be sent to members free of charge and you will have $60 to spend in the Member Zone in the Victory Shop.

Option 2: Select physical card and $50 credit to spend in the Member Zone in the Victory Shop.

Option 3: Select a core pack which includes a physical membership card. No postage will be charged if you select this option.

Once you have made your selections for you and your family, you will be redirected to the Member Zone of the Victory Shop.

At the checkout, after confirming your shipping address, your available credits will be automatically deducted to complete the order. If there is a credit balance remaining, these credits will stay on your account for future use. Should your credit amount not cover the full amount of your basket and freight, you will be redirected to a payment page to pay the balance via credit/debit card to complete your order.

A membership core pack includes a member card, lanyard, fixture magnet, bumper sticker and the choice of a cap or scarf.

Inaugural members wil recieve both the cap and scarf if they select a core pack.

Yes. You will be able to redeem either a cap or scarf in your core pack and this will have your loyalty level on the item.

You are also able to purchase a generic cap or scarf using credits in the store.

You will not be charged postage if you select a member core pack.

If you select a credit option, you are able to use your credit to pay for postage for items in the Member Zone only. Your credits cannot be used on any non-member merchandise in the Victory Shop or to pay for freight when there are no member zone items in your cart.

Postage is based on the weight of the items you have purchased.

Yes.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking details.

Your chosen items are made to order. For standard delivery, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

All orders are processed & dispatched within 5 days of order confirmation. If your order has been dispatched, an email containing a tracking link will have been sent to your email address.

Your available credits can only be used on member products from the Member Zone in the Victory Shop.

Once you have made your selection in the Pick Your Pack store you will be redirected to the Victory Shop.

Yes.

For orders containing both Member Zone merchandise and non-member merchandise, you will receive 2 tracking links with these orders being split shipped.

Free shipping on orders over $150 only applies to non-member merchandise.
