1. Create an account
Members will receive a Welcome Email from the Pick your Pack Store which will prompt you to create your account. Once you follow the link, you will land on the page below. Click on 'Create password' to proceed.
2. Enter your username located in your Welcome Email
Once you select the 'Create password' option, a pop-up box will appear. Here, enter the email address located within the Welcome Email you received.
It will then prompt you to create a password for your Pick your Pack Store account.
3. Getting started
Once you have created your password, you will receive another email confirming your account and a link to start your Pick your Pack journey.
4. Make your selection
Here, you will have the choice to select one of three options.
Option 1: Select your core pack, this will consist of:
Option 2: Select $50 credit + member card, this will consist of:
Option 3: Select $60 credit, this will consist of:
Junior members this year will have a different core pack which can be viewed here.
Only the core pack items will contain loyalty personalisation. Member scarfs selected via the Pick your Pack Store will be a generic member scarf.
If you are part of a family or payment for multiple members, they will appear on this and you will need to make a selection for each member.
5. Start shopping
If you have selected an option containing credit, you can proceed by clicking 'START SHOPPING' to pick the rest of your member pack. You will now see your credit located in the top right hand corner of your screen.
If you have a selected a core pack, you can select 'START SHOPPING' to buy additional items in your pack or select 'VIEW CART' to proceed to checkout.
6. Item personalisation
Some of our items have FREE personalisation! Simply click on the item you want and there will be a blank field to enter the name you would like on that item.
7. View cart
Once you have made your selections, you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen. This will provide you a summary of the items you have selected and the total cost.
8. Apply credit
Once you are happy with your shopping cart, select 'CHECKOUT' to proceed to the next step.
Here, you will see your available credit which will be automatically deducted from your total cost.
If the selected items are covered by your credit you can proceed with the process. If you still have an amount to pay, you will need to enter your payment details in the space provided.
9. Receive your order
You will receive a confirmation email once you have made your order. The pack will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive at the nominated address.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which allow you to view the status of your order or change the delivery address.
