COVID-19 FAQs

Members will receive their digital membership card via email. Members will be able to download their ticket to their smartphone and save to Apple Wallet or Google Pay accounts. For detailed digital card FAQs, click here.

Members will not be able to access games in 2021/22 using their physical membership card. Instead, members will be sent a digital membership card which they can use to scan into AAMI Park via their smartphone. Members should expect to receive their digital cards via email by November 25.

Flexi 10 and 3 Game members will still be required to redeem a ticket via Ticketek on a game-by-game basis. Instructions on how to redeem will be sent the week of our first home game.

We understand that not all members will have the ability to access their digital ticket via a smartphone. To discuss your options please contact Membership Services on 1300 466 832 (extension 2).

There will be no fees associated with redeeming member tickets via Ticketek. Members will not be required to purchase seats, with all costs included in the annual membership price.

Reserved seat members will be able to sit in their reserved seats from our first home game onwards with no density restrictions in place. Members will receive a digital membership card with their seat details that they can use to scan into AAMI Park.

General admission areas will return as normal from Round 2.
