Frank is an inaugural member of Melbourne Victory. Professionally, Frank has a commercial banking background and is now retired.

Frank is passionate about matters that mean something to him. This great club which has provided him with such great memories and experiences is no longer held in quite the same regard as it once was. Indeed, it was the envy of many sporting clubs even those from more established codes. Arguably this was due - in part, by the commitment, loyalty and engagement of all of its members and supporters.

Being part of a group of people whose vehement hope and resolve are strong, then real positives - such as converting "Barrackers" into members and existing members into proud, loyal and engaged advocates of Melbourne Victory, may occur.
