Allan is a passionate, long-term Melbourne Victory member and fan who brings decades of professional and community leadership, team building, and strategic guidance to the service of the club's Members Working Group. With a foundational background in the armed forces, business, and corporate leadership, alongside over 30 years of volunteering on community committees, business, and sporting boards, Allan is deeply committed to giving back and bringing people together.

In his professional life as a leadership mentor and capability consultant, Allan specialises in helping people communicate clearly and work toward shared goals. He is dedicated to using these skills to serve the Victory family.

With family roots in London's East End, Allan is also a tragic Hammers fan. Married to Andrea for over 30 years, they have three adult sons.

Allan firmly subscribes to Dani Rojas's philosophy: "Football is life!"
