Member Portal - Create An Account

Step 1 - Creating your account

Once you have followed the link from our packages page, you will be directed to our new member portal. Here, you will be able to:

• Browse membership options
• View all member-related information via the Member Hub
• View the seating map to decide where you want to watch the action from
• Contact our friendly Member Services team
• Create or log in to your membership account

Whether you are an existing or new Melbourne Victory member, you will need to register an account. Please select 'REGISTER'.

Step 2 - Enter your contact details

Once you have selected 'REGISTER', you will need to verify the email linked to your membership account.

You must enter the same email that is used for your membership communications.

If you are a new member, you can enter your details normally.

Select 'Verify', and you will receive an email with a unique code.

After entering that code to verify your email, please fill in your first and last name exactly as they appear on your membership account.

Then, choose your password and click 'Create'.

Step 3 - Your member profile

If you have entered your email and full name exactly as they are linked to your membership, you will see a page with all your personal details. If this is your first time as a Melbourne Victory member, you can enter your details as you normally would.

You will be able to update your personal details, review your payment method, and if you are on Victory Pay, you will be able to see your 2024/25 membership.
