Level 3 West Reserved Seat Relocation FAQ's
Why am I unable to sit in my reserved seat?
Melbourne & Olympic Parks will be erecting a temporary broadcast platform across sections 85-87 of AAMI Park.
This will cause significant sightline issues for reserved seat members located within these sections.
How long will my seats be affected?
Unfortunately, your seat will be affected for the remainder of the 2022/23 season, which consists of five MVFC home games.
Can I stay in my reserved seat if I choose to?
As this area is under construction, Melbourne & Olympic Parks have advised that all members be relocated. As a result, you will not be able to remain in your reserved seat.
Will I be able to get my reserved seat back next season?
Yes, all members will be able to return to their reserved seats for the 2023/24 season, if they choose.
Will the Club provide me with any compensation for losing my reserved seat?
Yes, compensation will be provided for the inconvenience experienced. We are working through this now and will communicate it to you in the coming weeks.
How will I access games for the remainder of the season?
To select your new seats, please click the link and follow the instructions below.
1. Visit Ticketek.
2. Within Ticketek enter your member code MVFC + your 6-figure Member ID. If you sit with a group of members, enter their MVFC + Member ID code along with yours.
3. Select your and/or your group’s seats
If you sit with a group, please ensure you enter all member codes into the prompted area, before making your selection.

How long do I have to make my selection?
To sit in your new seats for our doubleheader on Monday 13 March, you will need to make your selection before 11:59 AM on Thursday 9 February. We will then send you a digital membership card with your new seats.
Otherwise, you have until 11:59 PM on Monday 13 March to select your new reserved seats before the form closes. We will then send you a digital membership card with your new seats before our next home game.
What if I don’t make my new seat selection before the cut-off?
If you don’t make your selection before the cut-off at 11:59 PM on Monday 13 March, you will not have a dedicated reserved seat for the remainder of the season.
Instead, you will need to redeem a reserved seat on a game-by-game basis for the remainder of the season.
To do this, you will need to head to Ticketek, select the fixture you wish to attend and enter in MVFC + your 6-figure Member ID. This will allow you to redeem one premium reserved seat per member code.
