Is my membership transferable?

Yes, all membership cards (except Active Area memberships) are fully transferable, as long as the recipient is of the same age category, or less.

For example, an Adult membership can be passed on to an Adult, Concession, Student or Junior. A Junior membership can only be passed on to a Junior.

Active Area memberships are non-transferable.

Who qualifies for a concession membership?

To qualify for a concession membership, you must be the holder of one of the following forms of identification and must produce this identification at point of entry into home games, along with your membership card.

Those who qualify for a concession membership include:

  • Individuals with a pension, healthcare card or proof from Centrelink or Department of Veteran Affairs.
  • Full time students over the age of 17 years, at July 1, 2019.

Does my membership give me access to Away games?

Your Melbourne Victory membership gives access to home games only. For away games, a separate ticket must be purchased to attend. This includes Melbourne Derby matches that are Melbourne City or Western United home games.

I’m on the Auto12 payment plan, how do I update my payment details?

Please contact the Club via phone or email to update any payment details. You are unable to update payment details online.

What if I lose my membership card?

If you have lost your membership card, please contact the Club as soon as possible. We will cancel the lost card. A $15 fee is required to be paid to replace the membership card.

What happens if I forget my membership card on match day?

Membership Services are present on match day to assist with all member queries. In the event you have forgotten your membership card, membership staff will be able to provide you with access to the stadium.

Please note Active members can only be provided with a general admission ticket and will not be able to access the Active Area as membership cards are required to gain access to these areas.

What is match categorisation? (Important for All Members)

The categorisation of a match can be either Category A or Category B. Match categorisation is based on our opponent, historic attendances and stadium capacity.

Category A: Blockbuster games where the whole stadium is fully ticketed to a reserved seat.
Category B: All other games when capacity issues are not anticipated.

What is the Member Ticket Exchange program?

At AAMI Park, our seat return program is now in its sixth season. As per last season, in 2019/20 you will receive 50% of the published ticket price if your seat is sold, which will be credited directly to your credit card. You can read more about the program here.
