Ticketing On Sale FAQs

The new membership model with ‘Pay as you go’ ticketing allows members to purchase tickets to the home games you want to attend.

Currently, tickets will be available for purchase on a game by game basis. The priority window for members to secure tickets will commence at least one week prior to the scheduled fixture. Please note this is subject to change and the club will communicate when fixtures become on sale.

Members receive priority access to secure their tickets this season. Each membership premium has a dedicated window to purchase their tickets into their membership premium.

Member Priority;

Premium A Base: minimum 7 days before the game

Premium B Base: minimum 7 days before the game

General Admission (Reserved) minimum 6 days before the game

General Public maximum 5 days before game

Junior base memberships can secure a ticket for free, simply enter your MVFC provided password when prompted when securing tickets. Please note, a $5.95 transactional fee applies at AAMI Park games so booking with other members is encouraged.

During the member ticket window, only members will be able to secure tickets. If you want to attend with a non-member, you must wait until the member priority period has finalised. All tickets are subject to availability.

At AAMI Park, a specific seat can not be selected. However, when purchasing your tickets you will have the option to select the seating section.

At Marvel Stadium, you will be allocated a best available seat which is determined as the most central viewing area.

Once purchased your tickets will be available in your Ticketek account. You will also be able to update any incorrect details.

Please be aware that tickets you have selected not purchased, may remain in your cart and not allow you to progress and purchase. If experiencing issues, please check and clear your Ticketek cart.

Yes, all attendees will be required to provide accurate details as per government and venue regulations to ensure a COVID-19 safe environment.

The stadium map/seating areas for all home games are subject to change. This will be visible when purchasing tickets.

AAMI Park and Marvel Stadium will be paperless venues this season. The ticket you purchase will be delivered/downloaded electronically, with the ability to present on a smartphone. When entering the venue, simply scan the electronic ticket at the turnstile.

Please note the ticket purchased is required to enter the venue, NOT YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD.

Your membership card is not required to enter the venue, however we recommend that you have your membership card with you.

If any ticketing issues on a matchday arise, please visit the available ticket windows for assistance from venue staff.
